Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail, food service, or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding solutions that meet customer needs
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a food service or retail environment, particularly in a customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
