Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Promotional Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with clients, partners, and guests to provide exceptional customer service and support. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's services and events. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, partners, and guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Promote arenaflex's services and events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and in-person events
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to drive business growth and retention
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer service skills and industry knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture by promoting arenaflex's values and mission

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, marketing, communications) preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the events or hospitality industry

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience in a promotional or sales role
