Job Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing key daily customer service tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion of customer service and order processing duties
  • Processing orders efficiently and accurately, including order entry, invoicing, and timely order delivery
  • Building strong and cohesive relationships with customers, promoting teamwork and collaboration within the team
  • Serving as an escalation resource for customer complaint and order issue investigations and resolutions
  • Ensuring consistent and timely availability of requested daily activity/sales reports
  • Developing and maintaining thorough knowledge of EDI portals and other order processing/handling tools
  • Staying up-to-date on product changes and developments, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service
  • Continually building good customer relations, fostering a culture of loyalty and advocacy
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the manager, contributing to the growth and success of the team

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 1+ years' of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and EDI processes and portal tools
