Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements for Success

- A Property & Casualty insurance license (required) or the ability to obtain this license within 2 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
