Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team, responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. As a key member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, build your network, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell Insurance Policies: Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses, including life, health, and property insurance. - Develop Leads and Establish New Client Relationships: Develop leads and establish new client relationships through prospecting, networking, and referrals. - Provide Guidance on Selecting Insurance Plans: Provide guidance on selecting the most suitable insurance plans for clients, taking into account their individual needs and circumstances. - Customize Insurance Programs: Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients, ensuring that their unique needs are met. - Assist with Claims Processes and Policy Modifications: Assist clients with claims processes and policy modifications, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience. - Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, ensuring that client information is up-to-date and secure.

Requirements

- Proven Experience in Sales: Proven experience in sales, particularly in insurance sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Language Skills: Proficiency in other languages is a plus (multilingual), but English is the primary language used in the office. - Strong Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate complex insurance deals. - Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations and Benefits Administration: Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and benefits administration, with the ability to provide guidance to clients on these topics. - Excellent Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to clients and ensure their satisfaction. - Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Prior Experience in Outside Sales: Prior experience in outside sales is advantageous, but not required.

Essential Qualifications

- Insurance Producer License: Insurance Producer License (Required) - Life Insurance License: Life Insurance License (Required) - High School or Equivalent: High school or equivalent (Preferred) - Insurance Sales Experience: Insurance sales experience: 1 year (Preferred) - Language: English (Preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

- Multilingual: Proficiency in other languages is a plus (multilingual) - Prior Experience in Outside Sales: Prior experience in outside sales is advantageous
