Program Overview

Our Entry-Level Customer Success Role is a one-year or less, intensive job training program that combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support. Through our industry-leading talent placement firm, arenaflex Placement, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with leading organizations in the California Bay Area, including Salesforce, Workday, and PayPal.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for our Entry-Level Customer Success Role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be between 18-29 years old
  • Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
  • Be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
  • Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
  • Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree
