Job Overview

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. This is a full-time remote position based in Raleigh, NC, with a salary range of $14 to $24 per hour. You'll work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our live chat platform

  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Previous customer service experience in a chat or online support role preferred

  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a chat or online support environment

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
