About the Position

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for entering and verifying work-related information using computers and point of sale systems, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to company policies while supporting team goals and enhancing organizational efficiency. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry and Verification: Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Information Transmission: Transmit information or documents using a computer, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
  • Accuracy and Quality Control: Read and visually verify information in various formats for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Database Management: Enter and retrieve information from computer databases to update records and answer inquiries, maintaining the integrity of our data systems.
  • Office Operations: Operate standard office equipment such as telephones, fax machines, and photocopiers, ensuring that all equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets, adhering to all company safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, ensuring that all documents meet company standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, ensuring that all team members are informed and supported.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend new ways to increase organizational efficiency and productivity, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, ensuring that all team members are aware of and adhere to these policies.

Requirements

To succeed as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ability to enter and retrieve information accurately using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Office Equipment Proficiency: Proficiency in operating standard office equipment, including telephones, fax machines, and photocopiers.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure that all team members are informed and supported.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, with a focus on maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.
