Experienced Customer Assistant (Remote) – Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Phone Interviews

About the Role
As a Customer Assistant, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of studies, including national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. These studies will cover a range of topics, including child-related products, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles. You will be required to participate in discussions, complete written surveys, and provide honest feedback on the products and services you use.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating by completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
- Participating in online or in-person discussions, as required
- Providing honest and detailed feedback on the products and services you use
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- The ability to work independently
Experience
No experience is required for this role, but you must be able to work independently and have a strong desire to participate in market research studies.

Compensation
As a Customer Assistant, you will be compensated for your participation in the following ways:
- $75-$150 per 1-hour session
- $300-$750 for multi-session studies
