Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing outstanding customer support, scheduling virtual assessments and booking jobs efficiently, handling clerical tasks, and using ServiceTitan to manage scheduling and client information. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering client calls and providing exceptional customer support

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Reliable phone and internet connection (this is a must!)
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software (highly preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
  • Prior customer service experience (a plus!)
  • Familiarity with Home Service/Construction lingo (a huge plus!)
