Job Summary
As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Advertising shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat, following up with leads, and encouraging customers to place orders
- Closing sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
- Handling customer phone calls and assigning leads to our closers as needed
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our customers
Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads on Facebook Marketplace using our software
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and phone
- Follow up with leads and encourage customers to place orders
- Close sales directly on the chat using our company's system
- Handle customer phone calls and assign leads to our closers as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with our customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and commission goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using Facebook Marketplace and our user-friendly software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

* 2+ years of sales experience in a remote or customer-facing role
- Experience in the shipping container industry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Marketplace and its algorithms

- Top agents sell 60-80 containers monthly, earning up to $16,000 in commission
