Your Impact

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life and no two days will be the same. Responsibilities

* Customer Service: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns

  • Multichannel Support: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Issue Resolution: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalation: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Request Fulfillment: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Call Tracking: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upselling: Upsell if required

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A solid foundation in education
  • IT/Network Certifications/Degrees: A background in IT or network administration is a plus
  • 18 Years of Age or Older: Meet the minimum age requirement
  • Proven Call Center Experience: A track record of success in a call center environment
  • Typing 25 WPM: Meet our typing speed requirements
  • PC Operation and Navigation: Proficient in using a PC and navigating software applications
  • Entry-Level Network Troubleshooting: Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting
  • Ability to Set Up Home Wi-Fi Network: Familiarity with setting up home Wi-Fi networks
  • Ability to Set Up and Configure a Router or Switch: Basic knowledge of router and switch configuration
  • Core Proficiency with a Laptop or Desktop Computer: Familiarity with using a laptop or desktop computer
  • Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent Communications Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to Work in a Constantly Changing and Fast-Paced Environment: Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to Stay Composed and Objective: Remain calm and objective in challenging situations
  • Strong Listening Skills: Active listening skills to understand customer needs
