Experienced Customer Service Expert - Government (No Weekends, No Bank Holidays - Fully Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to customers via telephone
- Work on an inbound telephone channel, helping customers with government-related issues
- Interact with customers who may be experiencing difficult circumstances

Essential Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to show attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to establish rapport with customers quickly
- Customer service experience, preferably in a target-driven environment
- PC skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems competently
- A good consistent typing speed, with the ability to multitask
