The Opportunity We're seeking a passionate, fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT) to join our growing team and help us meet the steady stream of clients seeking our services. This is an exciting opportunity to work Remotely (within Tennessee) while building a thriving practice without the administrative burden - we handle all the insurance headaches and marketing so you can focus on what you do best: transforming lives. What You'll Do:

  • Provide outpatient individual and group therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, and families (ages 13+)
  • Deliver mostly tele-health clinical counseling services via our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform (with office space available as your caseload grows)
  • Maintain at least 18 client sessions per week in a goal-oriented, purpose-driven therapeutic environment
  • Complete timely clinical documentation (intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans) by Friday each week
  • Collaborate with clients' treatment teams (PCPs, psychiatrists, schools) as needed
  • Participate in mandatory staff meetings, training, and peer supervision
  • Engage in community resource building to support caseload development
  • Support and collaborate with team members in a dynamic, growth-oriented culture

Required Qualifications

Education & Licensure:

  • Master's Degree (or higher) from an accredited program in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology
  • Active, Fully Licensed in Tennessee as one of the following:
  • Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)

Critical Requirements:

  • Fully Licensed in the state of Tennessee (no associate or temporary licenses)
  • Applicants with pending full licensure may be considered if all paperwork has been submitted and licensure will be granted within 90 days
  • Permanent residency in the State of Tennessee is required
  • Minimum of one year post-licensure experience
  • At least one specialized niche (e.g., teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, anger management)

Professional Requirements:

  • Ability to manage a minimum caseload of 18 clients per week
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
  • Equipped for confidential telehealth services with necessary technology
  • Committed to continuous professional growth and learning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a private practice setting
  • Experience facilitating groups or workshops
  • EMDR certification (bonus, not required)
