Job Summary

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for applying advanced data analysis methods to drive business decisions. You will work closely with our content team to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform our content strategy, marketing efforts, and delivery system. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions

• Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
• Develop and implement content launch and episode release strategies
• Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
• Provide specialized data analysis support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI procedures
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
