Responsibilities

Requirements
To succeed as a Chat Support Associate, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Independent and driven personality traits to effectively work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and guidance.
- Strong presentation and people management skills to engage with customers effectively, building trust and rapport through clear and concise communication.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
