Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a high-volume, 24/7 contact center operation, responding to inquiries and requests from clients and other individuals. You'll provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, and multiple system adaptability to ensure an optimal member experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing information regarding arenaflex's products and services, showcasing your knowledge and engagement methods to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Performing transactions or related functions for various accounts, including savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other products
  • Advising clients on other products and services that may fit their needs, promoting positive member interaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat

  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding arenaflex's products and services
  • Perform transactions or related functions for various accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Identify opportunities to promote other products and services that may benefit clients
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in multiple systems and software applications, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting productivity and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a similar industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and become familiar with our offerings
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly rate: $19.50 - $19.50
  • Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and may depend on your job classification and length of employment
