Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Care Manager, you will play a vital role in building a positive customer service experience, understanding customer frustrations, and helping customers succeed. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. Your expertise in customer care will enable us to deliver exceptional service, foster strong relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to ensure a satisfied customer base
  • Provide customers with updates and periodic statements on service developments, keeping them informed and engaged
  • Establish effective communication channels for customers to provide feedback or report challenges, ensuring prompt resolution and issue escalation when necessary
  • Collaborate with the Director of Service, Americas to ensure that contractual levels of service are being delivered satisfactorily, and escalations are raised in a timely manner
  • Lead and create accountability for escalation plans and "Hot Sites" as defined by the Director of Service, Sales, CAM, CR&D, and Management
  • Identify the appropriate response and strategy for unique customer cases, solving customer issues quickly and efficiently
  • Assign unique customer cases to management or the appropriate department, providing context when necessary
  • Compile product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information (CRM), providing valuable insights to inform business decisions
  • Conduct surveys to determine customer opinions regarding our service and product, assessing overall satisfaction with arenaflex

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing customer experience, with a background in the medical device industry being an advantage
  • A Bachelor's Degree preferred, demonstrating a strong educational foundation
  • Excellent empathy, listening, and speaking skills, enabling effective communication with customers and stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work multiple shifts, including weekends and holidays, ensuring that our customers receive timely support
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration
  • Extensive knowledge of database management and Microsoft Office Suite, facilitating efficient data analysis and reporting
