About the Role
The Customer Experience team at arenaflex plays a vital role in driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the product they ordered as quickly as possible, and if something goes wrong, you will work tirelessly to make it right. Your primary goal will be to provide a positive experience for our customers, and you will achieve this by interacting with buyers and sellers, resolving customer issues, and becoming an expert in our product, processes, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience for all users.
- Resolve all customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a high-quality and timely manner.
- Become an expert in arenaflex's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users.
- Work with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions.
- Seek out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services.
- Weekend availability required.
- Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations.
- Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
- Obsession with customers and a customer-first approach.
- Proactive problem-solver and process-improver.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of collectibles is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred.
- Previous startup experience is a plus.

Compensation:
For full-time (hourly) US-based applicants, the hourly rate will be between $24.04/hour and $28.85/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This rate is inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position, and the final hourly rate will be based on a number of factors, including level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.
