About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers and providing them with the support they need to succeed. Your role will involve:

• Answering customer requests, handling bug issues, and investigating problems on their accounts
• Categorizing and analyzing insights from conversations with customers to improve our products and processes
• Identifying potential areas for improvement in the customer journey and self-service
• Maintaining and expanding articles, bots, the knowledge library, and auto-replies to ensure fast and qualitative support
• Taking responsibility for own projects and ensuring they are completed within a quarter to improve the support service
• Participating in customer onboarding calls to ensure a smooth start with our product

• Understand and identify customer needs that we don't currently meet and forward potential solutions to the team lead

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (fluent)

• Strong passion for online marketing
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with ease
• Good project management skills
• Ability to organize your day and prioritize tasks
• Share constructive feedback and be open to feedback
• Understanding of customer needs and ability to identify potential areas for improvement

Nice to Have

* Technical knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Zapier, email tools) and social media

• Technical background or experience in tech support
