Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Escalations Phone Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers who have received notification pertaining to a past rental or previous transaction
  • Using customer-provided information to resolve issues and provide tailored solutions
  • Crafting acceptable solutions to address customer needs and concerns
  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone and chat interactions
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and goals

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications and systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in a similar customer service role or industry
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Training and Education

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that includes:

  • 2 weeks of instructor-led concept courses and self-led courses
  • Interactive mentorship and call/chat support from advanced agents
  • Ongoing education and training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role

Compensation and Benefits

As a Part-Time Customer Escalations Phone Agent, you'll enjoy:

Technical Requirements

To work from home, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Computer specifications: Windows 11 or MacOS 13 Ventura or newer, 16GB (minimum) of RAM/memory or higher (recommended: 32GB), Windows processor must have CPU benchmark score of 6,000 (minimum) or higher (recommended: 10,000), Mac processor must be Intel Core i5 or higher, M chips acceptable
  • Additional hardware: webcam (external or built-in), USB headset (wired), dual monitors
  • Internet speeds: ping under 100, 50MB (minimum) download speed (recommended: 100MB), 5MB (minimum) upload speed (recommended: 10MB)
