Job Summary

As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers across the country. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their issues, answering their questions, and ensuring that their needs are met. You will also have the opportunity to sell new products and services to customers, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts and increase revenue
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers to ensure that they understand the value and benefits of arenaflex's services
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial teams and work with them to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and sales performance

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service or sales experience

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or sales
