Job Summary

As a remote agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You will be trained to handle a wide range of customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs. With a focus on professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness, you will be the face of arenaflex and represent our brand with pride.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Utilize arenaflex's proprietary software to access customer information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in using computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations

Technical Requirements

* Dedicated stationary workspace with a closed door to ensure a noise-free office environment

  • Consistently reliable high-speed internet supplied by a cable or DSL provider with minimum download speed of 30 megabits/second or greater
  • Stand-alone monitor at least 24; two monitors are recommended
  • Hard wired internet connection in your home office with modem/router connected within 6 feet of your desk
  • Readiness to engage through the provided web camera for required meetings and training
  • Computer, keyboard, mouse, web camera, and headset provided by arenaflex

Physical Requirements

* This is a stationary position, continuously listening and talking with customers while working on a computer for 6-12 hour shifts

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer and phone

Compensation

* Starting pay: $16.50/hour

  • $1/hour weekend premium starting Friday at Noon through Sunday at 11:59 pm
  • Opportunities for overtime and bonuses

Availability

* Three shifts per week with one being Saturday or Sunday

  • Select start time between 8:00-10:00 a.m., end time 6:00 p.m. CST
  • You may request one weekend off per month; some weekends during special promotions and holiday peak will be excluded
