  • Strong typing skills (40 WPM with 80% accuracy)
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Manual dexterity and ability to use a computer and other office equipment
  • Quiet and distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
