Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator (Contractor) to support our Care Delivery team in conducting benefits data migration. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals interested in human services, healthcare, and public health. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you will:

  • Transfer benefits data from historical documentation to our new tooling
  • Maintain clear and thorough documentation of your work
  • Communicate and collaborate regularly with the Care Delivery Team at arenaflex
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An interest in/passion for healthcare and making a contribution to an exciting organization
  • An extremely strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • An ability to work efficiently through a high volume of tasks
  • An ability to pick up on structured processes quickly
  • Proficiency with Google Apps, Email, and Microsoft Word

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we welcome candidates with:

  • Experience in healthcare or human services
  • Familiarity with benefits data migration or similar projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Work Arrangement

We're seeking 40+ hours per week of support during this time period, with flexible hours and days. The project is expected to run from April 29, 2024, to July 19, 2024.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $25/hour.
