Job Summary

As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Your expertise will be essential in driving business outcomes, improving processes, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a team of Designers and Organizers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)

• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and execute end-to-end analysis, including data collection, analysis, ongoing metrics, and presentations
• Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and create business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to move forward

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration)

• 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
• 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-group projects, with a focus on technical program management
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting software and managing data collections using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical

• 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Skills and Competencies

* Strong technical program management skills, with experience leading complex projects from start to finish

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical and business challenges
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business outcomes and improve processes
