Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders generated by Account Managers, ensuring accurate and efficient production processes
- Facilitating purchase orders, checking for accuracy, and verifying with Account Managers when necessary
- Documenting and arranging releases from inventory, filing tickets for completed jobs, and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing materials for return to customers, documenting Haz-Mat orders, and ordering marketing materials
- Managing internal forms, FSI and FSC records, and performing additional tasks as required
- Filling in for Account Managers and assuming their responsibilities when necessary, including checking emails and voice mails and making relevant decisions
- Assisting the estimating department as needed and performing additional tasks and duties as required and delegated by the Director of Sales
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent
- Associate's Degree (two-year college or technical school) or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and thoroughly, with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Bronze designation on ACT or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of production capabilities and processes
- Certification in customer service or a related field

Work Environment
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will work in a manufacturing office with a climate-controlled environment. You will be required to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and perform other tasks that may require standing, walking, or lifting.
