[Remote] Chain of Custody Program Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MRAG Americas, Inc. is a consulting and auditing company focused on fisheries and chain of custody standards. They are seeking a Chain of Custody Program Administrator to support the Chain of Custody Team in implementing the auditing program, maintaining client files, and assisting with audit logistics.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain client files in the MSC platform, SharePoint, and internal database
- Assign audits in the MSC platform
- Prepare MSC/ASC and CSI assessment documents such as audit checklists, scoping documents, and work completion certificates using MRAG Americas provided templates
- Process final reports in MSC platform, internal database, and send them to the client
- Draft and issue COC certificates and schedules using established MRAG Americas templates
- Draft and send audit invoices
- Participate in weekly team meetings
- Track COC audit progress
- Work directly with the senior management team and auditors to ensure all deadlines are met
Skills
- Advanced skills and proficiency with all Microsoft applications. Ability to learn and maintain web-based applications quickly and accurately
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in small, geographically dispersed teams to improve the operations of immediate work group by offering ideas, identifying issues, and respecting team members
- Partner with managers to maintain strong communication with teams, compose and draft correspondence
- Ability to produce complex documents, perform analyses and utilize/update our internal client database
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with independent certification schemes in fisheries or other food supply chains preferred
