[Remote] Oracle HCM Analyst

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud functional solutions
- Configure and support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, or Recruiting
- Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data conversions
- Prepare functional documentation such as BRDs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user guides
- Support stakeholders with system enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements
Skills
- Experience in HR operations, HRIS, payroll, benefits, or ERP support
- Experience as a functional consultant, business analyst, or HR professional transitioning into Oracle Cloud HCM roles
- Interest in working on Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, or Recruiting
- Strong communication skills to translate HR business requirements into system configurations
- Experience in HR systems, ERP platforms, data analysis, integrations, or reporting
- Ability to gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud functional solutions
- Ability to configure and support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, or Recruiting
