[Remote] Inside Sales – Sales Enablement & Account Growth Specialist

The Inside Sales – Sales Enablement & Account Growth Specialist will expand existing accounts by cross-selling technologies and managing inbound interest, while supporting broader sales efforts and building strong internal relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Expand revenue within existing accounts by cross-selling additional Demeetra technologies to established contacts
  • Qualify and respond to inbound inquiries, routing technical questions appropriately
  • Identify new prospect leads as directed by the Global Business Development Manager, execute outreach sequencing campaigns, and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Support the Global Business Development Manager and company objectives
  • Monitor pipeline health and inbound volume, flagging priority opportunities and risks to timelines
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience through timely communication, issue resolution, and proactive follow-up

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a business, life science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 1–3+ years of inside sales, customer success, sales development, or account management experience
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts through cross-selling or upselling and relationship management
  • Strong inbound lead handling skills, including qualification, follow-up cadence, and prioritization
  • Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including professional customer-facing emails and call etiquette
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively with field/BD teams, scientific/technical teams, and management
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and ownership mentality with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Experience with AI agents and Platforms is strongly encouraged
