Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls and part-facing visits in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries
  • Providing accurate and helpful information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including purchasing and activities staff
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working on multiple computer programs simultaneously
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A strong foundation in customer service, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer education, including typing skills (minimum 30 wpm)
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* Solid foundation in customer service, including great relational skills, brief friendly assistance, and phenomenal follow-through

  • Ability to adjust and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to take ownership and tackle issues
