Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls and part-facing visits in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries
- Providing accurate and helpful information about arenaflex's products and services
- Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including purchasing and activities staff
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working on multiple computer programs simultaneously
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A strong foundation in customer service, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer education, including typing skills (minimum 30 wpm)
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus
