Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Manager to join our team and lead the development of strategic insights and customer support initiatives. As a key member of our data science team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that data-driven insights are effectively communicated and acted upon.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Design and implement data-driven solutions to address complex business problems
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that data-driven insights are effectively communicated and acted upon
- Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the data science team
- Stay up-to-date with industry-leading practices and technologies to ensure that arenaflex remains at the forefront of data-driven decision-making

- Develop and tutor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and execution management processes; build and maintain employee resolve and inspiration; ensure the team is properly equipped with required skills; cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment
Essential Capabilities
* Experience with analysis and statistical software like SQL, R, Python, Excel, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, and others to perform analysis and interpret data
- Profound knowledge of SQL
- Profound knowledge of open-source data science and analytics tools like Python, R, Flash, and others
- Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and external (business community, clients, and vendors) within a matrix organization to develop strategies that meet business objectives within budget and timelines
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
- At least 2 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team leadership
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
Favored Capabilities
* Advanced education in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline
- Experience communicating at the executive level
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
