Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and live chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your passion for delivering top-notch service will make all the difference.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information about our plumbing services, products, and pricing.
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and addressing emergency situations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening, empathizing, and taking ownership of their concerns.
• Document customer interactions and keep detailed records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, address recurring customer issues, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements
