Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where no two days are ever the same. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize Service Titan CRM to manage customer interactions and track issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the HVAC and Plumbing trade or with Service Titan CRM

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Service Titan CRM and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or remote environment

  • Knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing industry, including products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
