Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Client Support: Place outbound client contacts, follow-up emails to clients, and respond to basic inquiries to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain customer telephone call data, including updating and acting on client service logs and all client accounts.
  • Managerial Support: Create and update profile pages, manage client service concern tickets, and assist in the planning of all mail associated with the client help process.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform filing, information entry, and document generation, as well as assist with word-processing, data entry, and Net investigation activities.
  • Front Desk Management: Greet and administer all visitors, suppliers, clients, work applicants, and customers, and ensure seamless coordination with team members.
  • General Office Duties: Perform a range of tasks, including but not limited to data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work.
