Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Operations Excellence Manager, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing global frameworks, processes, and tools to drive business excellence and customer satisfaction. You'll lead a team of high-performing professionals, drive cross-functional collaboration, and develop strategic plans to enhance client experiences and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and implement global frameworks, processes, and tools to drive business excellence and customer satisfaction

• Lead a team of high-performing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, working closely with stakeholders to develop strategic plans and drive business growth
• Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with global partners to drive cross-provincial collaboration and process normalization
• Perform, review, investigate, plan, execute, and circle back on all assigned tasks and projects
• Develop and implement preventive measures to ensure compliance and system capability as planned, and that business continuity plans are established and effective
• Ensure that client responsibilities are quantifiably measured and reported, and that continuous improvement tools are used to target areas where client retention is at risk

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year degree or equivalent in a related field; master's degree preferred

• Six Sigma, Lean, or other ASQ continuous improvement certifications, such as FedEx QDM Master, highly preferred
• Proven experience in driving execution, management, and coordination of Cargowise into the global shipping frameworks landscape and plan, development, and execution of digital capabilities and solutions required
• Agile, PMP, or similar accreditation highly preferred
• Demonstrated change management and project management experience driving functional excellence continuous improvement drives for cross-functional tasks
• Significant related experience in overseeing and driving high-performing teams, improving processes, and changing business activities
• Strong industry knowledge, demonstrated effective management experience, human relations, and interpersonal skills required
