About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our airline, interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, ensuring that every client feels valued, respected, and appreciated. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making travel arrangements with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats, providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable assistance to clients

  • Prepare tickets, determine fares, and make travel arrangements to meet clients' needs
  • Collaborate with clients in a courteous and helpful manner to create memorable experiences and build loyalty
  • Move forward and anticipate client needs while maintaining a high level of accountability and responsibility

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, customer service, business administration)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Portuguese
  • Ability to work with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and handle luggage
  • Willingness to travel to different countries for training and professional development
  • Ability to work any shift assigned, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
  • Compliance with arenaflex's participation guidelines, uniform, and appearance standards
  • Valid visa and U.S. visa

Preferred Qualifications:

* Past experience in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry

  • Four-year degree in a relevant field
