Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our Business Improvement team at arenaflex. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in qualifying and fostering inbound leads, building business relationships, and driving revenue growth. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer engagement, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Qualifying and fostering inbound leads through outbound prospecting and phone calls
  • Building business relationships with existing and new clients to drive revenue growth
  • Identifying key decision-makers and influencers within new accounts
  • Collaborating with partners to develop targeted sales strategies and tactics
  • Planning and executing qualified sales meetings and demos with Record Chiefs
  • Meeting monthly sales targets and developing a reliable sales pipeline
  • Working closely with sales and marketing teams to provide insights into the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Utilizing Salesforce and Effort to track and report on sales movements and results
  • Developing a diverse contact list (calls, emails, social media, etc.) for all prospects in your designated territory

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, with excellent listening and communication abilities
  • A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a willingness to work in a team environment
  • A passion for learning and growth, with a desire to develop and advance in a sales career
  • Basic knowledge of business operations, jobs, and organizational design
  • Experience with Salesforce, Effort, and Microsoft Office is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, marketing, communications)
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing a reliable sales pipeline
  • Experience working in a similar industry or with similar products/services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
