Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination and handling of new and reorder medication requests. You'll be the primary point of contact for patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders, providing empathetic and personalized support to resolve issues and facilitate timely medication delivery. Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and handle new and reorder medication requests, including verifying and renewing benefits

  • Assist patients in deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into the pharmacy data system
  • Communicate and collect copay sums, acquire approvals, and work with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve and process orders with records of sales or clinical issues
  • Collaborate with patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely medication delivery and meet financial and clinical expectations
  • Utilize Windows-based applications, such as Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications, to manage and resolve customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and medication requests

Essential Qualifications:

* Active IL Pharmacy Technician License or willingness to apply for an IL Pharmacy Technician License

  • One year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs via telephone
  • One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications
  • One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and fitness

Preferred Qualifications:

* Healthcare work experience and knowledge of benefits, insurance, medications, and clinical terminology

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare scenarios
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders
