Why You'll Love This Role

As a Ramp Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Moving and handling cargo and baggage to and from aircraft
• Operating and maintaining belt loaders
• Providing ground power and cooling services to aircraft
• Towing and pushing back aircraft from gates
• Cleaning aircraft interiors when required
• Positioning refreshment and baggage trucks around the airport area
• Working in various weather conditions
• Performing tasks that may involve irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays

What You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll require:

• A strong ability to lift, load, dump, and transport packs and cargo to/from aircraft, baggage trucks, and conveyor lines
• Familiarity with and ability to use basic computer skills
• A positive and helpful attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills
• A valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
• The ability to obtain necessary airport power or US Customs security clearances, if applicable
• Compliance with a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting to meet organization and security requirements
• The ability to obtain fly bridge certification
• Passing the US Postal Service personal investigation
