Job Description

As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product information to customers via phone calls. With a flexible schedule that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, you'll have the freedom to manage your time effectively and balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide product information and support to customers via phone calls
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to supervisors when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update client databases as required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency in Google Chrome browser and ability to use a computer with a high-speed internet connection
