Job Summary

As a bilingual customer service representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing high-level customer service solutions to our clients. You'll be responsible for managing large volumes of inbound calls, making consistent outbound calls, and utilizing our cutting-edge tools to document customer interactions. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and adhering to our company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage large amounts of inbound calls and make consistent outbound calls to achieve sales targets and call handling quotas

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service

Essential Qualifications

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

  • Track record of over-achieving quota and meeting sales targets
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in typing and computer skills, including familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility with scheduling and work hours
  • Minimum of one year of previous high-volume call center experience
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required
  • Experience in both inbound and outbound environments

* Experience working with an automatic dialer

  • Computer literate and comfortable with new software
  • Pleasant phone demeanor and a strong sense of integrity

Work-from-Home Requirements

* PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)

  • Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (Ethernet cable)
  • USB-connected Headset
  • Webcam
  • A quiet, dedicated place to work free from distractions, including pets and children
