Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Inbound Call Center, you will be responsible for managing large volumes of incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of our services. Key Responsibilities

* Manage large amounts of incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide customers with courteous and professional customer service, both in person and over the phone, in a fast-paced work environment
  • Access and provide account information to customers, including account balances, history, and payments
  • Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • Assist customers in reconciling their accounts and resolving any discrepancies
  • Build effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and providing personalized solutions
  • Process customer transactions, ensuring all necessary information is in place prior to completion
  • Open new accounts and perform other related duties as assigned by management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of our services

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving customer concerns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
