Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information regarding services and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; entry-level candidates welcome
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in air freight preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve common goals
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms

Work Schedule
