Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll support clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and inquiries while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. Responsibilities

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
- Quiet, private home workspace with wired high-speed internet.
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Office and computer setup.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Work Schedule
* Full-time, up to 40 hours/week.
- Mandatory one weekend day per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
