Role Description
This role involves leading the Accuracy Engineering team responsible for scaling the development of tools and services to support:
- Image accuracy improvement
- Image interoperability (co-alignment)
- Consistent image formation
You will lead the team developing these capabilities and have the opportunity to shape the tools and systems that enable them through:

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (preferably Computer Science)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading teams and people management
- Familiarity programming or leading geospatial teams
- Familiarity with a range of software development methodologies (i.e., waterfall, iterative, agile, scrum)
- Strong management, analytical, and written/oral communication skills
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen and be willing and able to obtain a Secret security clearance or higher
- 5 years of software engineering management experience, preferably in organizations using agile team-based practices
- Strong sense of self-motivation
- Successful at multi-tasking and able to handle multiple priorities
- Able to identify and resolve project issues independently
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
- Program and project management experience
- Knowledge of microservice-based large-scale systems
- Working knowledge of AWS or comparable cloud technologies
- C++ or Python programming expertise
- Geodesic and/or photogrammetric expertise
