Job Summary

As a Customer Service Remote Agent, you'll be responsible for providing professional, courteous, and helpful support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner

  • Work from the comfort of your home office, using our state-of-the-art technology to stay connected with customers and colleagues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and best practices
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issues

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using computers and software applications, including data entry and internet research
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting pay: $16.50/hour

  • $1/hour weekend premium starting Friday at Noon through Sunday at 11:59 pm
  • Paid training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. CST for two weeks
  • Benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance

Physical Requirements

* This is a stationary position, continuously listening and talking with customers while working on a computer for 6-12 hour shifts

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time, with occasional standing and walking
