Position Overview

As a Data Entry Clerk – Energy Services Program Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.

  • Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt.
  • Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
  • Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
  • Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
  • Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
  • Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
  • Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
  • Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role.
  • Perform related work as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

* Associate degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes
  • Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
