Can you turn insights into action and build trust through effective local partnerships? Are you ready to attend events, inspire athletes and coaches, demo our tech, and convert excitement into leads? Will you be responsible for how we expand and thrive in emerging sports? You’ll help shape Veo’s strategy—and you’ll have support every step of the way from our Market Lead, Jono Callaghan.

What you will do:

  • Scale existing go-to-market efforts and partnerships in sports where we’ve already gained traction, doubling lead pipeline and revenue within 6 months.
  • Discover and implement new entries into the sports market by assessing opportunities, trying out go-to-market tactics, and evolving initial pilot programs into scalable outcomes.
  • Initiate and cultivate impactful relationships with leagues, associations, influencers, and event organizers to ensure strategic coherence and mutual advancement.
  • Boost revenue progression via collaborative partner activities, joint marketing strategies, and by offering targeted resources to sales teams.
  • Own the full partner relationship lifecycle: onboarding, training, support, marketing, and long-term growth—serving as their main point of contact.
  • Enhance digital presence and brand engagement by curating featured content from emerging sports and partnering with the social media team to increase Veo's visibility.
  • Represent Veo at key activations, including events, tournaments, and conventions, to expand our network and presence in new sports ecosystems.
  • Measure and report what matters: lead volume, conversion, partnership impact, community engagement, and critical success metrics.

Ideal Background:

  • 3–5 years of experience in partner management, market development, or growth marketing in sports tech or similar high-growth industries.
  • Extensive network and understanding of the U.S. sports landscape, with a background in forming and enhancing impactful partnerships.
  • Experienced in market strategy, project management, and encouraging product engagement.
  • Skilled communicator in English, equipped to flourish in a completely remote context.
  • Willing and able to travel 30–40% of the time.
