Job Overview

We're seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale across the EMEA region. As a key member of our People team, you'll partner with hiring managers, cross-functional leaders, and stakeholders to recruit top talent across various roles, from sales to engineering. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for finding exceptional talent, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across the EMEA region, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term business goals.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates across diverse markets.
  • Maintain excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and thoughtful engagement.
  • Collaborate with the global People team to support hiring forecasts and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regional hiring laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.
  • Build strong talent pipelines and stay ahead of industry and market trends.
  • Contribute to talent brand initiatives, events, and employer branding efforts in key EMEA markets.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with experience recruiting across the EMEA region.
  • A track record of hiring for a wide variety of roles, including technical, go-to-market, and corporate functions.
  • Experience working in a global, fast-paced SaaS or tech company.
  • Familiarity with local hiring practices and labor laws across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse (or similar ATS), and sourcing extensions.
  • Proactive, organized, and collaborative with a knack for balancing multiple searches and stakeholders at once.
  • Genuine care for the candidate experience and building inclusive, high-performing teams.

What We Offer

Interesting Work | We hire curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. This is NOT your boring, routine, cushy, rest-and-vest corporate job. This is the “challenge yourself” role where you learn something new every day, never stop growing, and have fun while you’re doing it.

Tribe Vibe | We are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. We have a strict “no a**hole policy” and enforce it diligently. This means we spend time together - with spontaneous office happy hours, organized outings, and community volunteer opportunities.

Bragging Rights | We are dreamers and dream makers. Our efforts pay off and we work with the most prestigious brands, from big-name retailers to airlines, to professional sports teams. Your contribution will make an impact with many of the most recognizable names in almost every industry.

One Team One Dream | This is one of our values, and it shows. We don’t believe in artificial hierarchies. If you’re part of the tribe, you have an opportunity to contribute. Your voice will be heard and you will also receive regular updates about the business and its performance.
